Brain mapping & neurofeedback
Insight you can see, training the brain can practice
Two complementary tools at the heart of PurePath: a way to understand patterns, and a way to help the brain shift them over time.
Brain Mapping
A brain map (often based on a QEEG) measures patterns of electrical activity across the brain. It helps us identify areas of dysregulation that may be connected to what you're experiencing — so the plan that follows is grounded in your own data.
- Non-invasive measurement of brain activity patterns
- Helps identify areas that may be over- or under-regulated
- Results explained to you in plain, everyday language
- Forms the foundation for a personalized plan
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback is a training-based approach. During sessions, the brain receives real-time feedback about its own activity. With consistent practice, it can learn to move toward more balanced, regulated patterns — much like exercise builds a skill over time.
- Real-time feedback about the brain's own activity
- The brain gradually practices more balanced patterns
- Calm, comfortable, and non-invasive sessions
- Progress is reviewed and the plan adjusted over time
Honest expectations
What this is — and what it isn't
Neurofeedback is a training-based approach designed to support self-regulation. It is not a diagnosis, a medical treatment, or a cure. Results vary, and we'll always talk openly about realistic expectations for your situation.
